The First State Officer from our Chapter & Arizona FCCLA's 2016-2017 Vice-President of Membership: Lyle Webber
Lyle Webber is a Sophomore at Bagdad High-School. He has been involved with FCCLA for the past year. During this year, he had the opportunity to serve as his local chapter’s Website Designer, and had the privilege of attending FLEX and State Conference. As a member of FCCLA, Lyle has won awards for participation in the building of the FCCLA Chapter Website and for participation in the 2015-2016 National Power of One Five Unit Recognition Application. Along with FCCLA, Lyle is also involved in the National Junior Honor Society, his school’s chorus group, and is Secretary in the class of 2019. After High-School, Lyle plans to attend Art Institute at the Phoenix campus while earning a degree in Fashion Marketing. His career goal is to one day become a well-known Fashion Designer & Merchandizer. Lyle is very enthusiastic and is passionate with every task he completes. He is looking forward to helping make the members of FCCLA feel more like a family. Lyle is ready and excited to serve as your 2016-2017 Arizona FCCLA Vice President of Membership, he knows this year will definitely be the Ultimate Leadership Experience.

Here in the local town of Bagdad, we cater events as our local service program.
As our state program, we did a service project to raise money for the "March of Dimes" program.

Chapter Leadership Camp 2016:
This was the first time that the Bagdad Sultan Chapter of FCCLA had ever participated in Chapter Leadership Camp, & we just have to say... It was a blast! Three Members from our chapter; Lyle Webber, Kiki Benavidez, & Krystal Lalond, including our Chapter Adviser Mrs. Rose, all camped out in Cabins at the Pine Summit Camp in Prescott, Arizona. Three days were filled with Workshops, Smores, Lip-Sync Battles, & even a special time that was set aside for Chapters to go over or re-make their Program of Work.
FLEX (Fall Leadership Extravaganza) Conference 2016:
FLEX Conference @ the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, was anything but boring. This year, we got the chance to see Lyle Webber's first Official Debut as a State Officer, we got to meet another amazing Key-Note Speaker, & had the opportunity to participate in a few helpful and educating workshops.
State Leadership Conference 2017:
State Leadership Conference, held at the Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson, Arizona, was a super exciting conference that will forever be remembered!
First up we received a GOLD in outstanding chapter award, for the second year in a row!

National Leadership Conference 2017:
National Leadership Conference 2017, held in beautiful Nashville, Tenessee was an extremely memorable adventure. It was definitely a trip full of unlimited possibilities!
Everyone who competed came home with either Silver or Gold medals! It was a huge win!!!
