Bagdad FCCLA

What Nikki would like to do as a chapter officer is to encourage more members to join FCCLA. As President; she works with the executive council and adviser to develop an agenda for each meeting, presides at chapter and executive council meetings using the advisor-approved agenda and basic parliamentary procedure. She starts meetings on time and keeps them moving, assists on group decision-making sure members participation. There is necessary committees and subcommittees are formed and committee chairs are selected, she knows the responsibilities of all officers and committee chairs and keeps them informed of all chapter business, confers frequently with the executive council, advisor, advisory committee, and other program stakeholders. But thats not all she checks all plans with advisor and school administration before taking action, represents chapter at special school events and State/National Conference, and provides opportunities for all members to express ideas and share responsibilities. 

Chapter President

The Vice-President is a big role to fill, you must be on time and willing to work at your fullest on command. Our Vice-Presidents Marisa Santiago has taken on this role. By working hard and trying her best to make FCCLA a great experience for everyone in our group.

What Vanessa would like to do as a chapter officer is help make FCCLA awesome. She is an advocate for "I Choose Nice" campain here at Bagdad High school elementry which recognizes acts of kindness here on campus. As secretary; she keeps accurate and complete minutes of all chapter meetings, activities, and makes minutes. Then she also makes chapter resources available to the membership by reading, posting, and circulating as determined by the chapter by-laws. Then keeps attendance at chapter and executive council meetings, she keeps a current list of affiliated members, reminds president of any unfinished business prior the the next meeting, counts and records chapter votes, assist advise in processing chapter affiliation forms, and helps create and distribute membership cards to affiliated members. 

Chapter Secretary

Naina's aspiration in life is to become a doctor. What she would like to do as a chapter Treasurer is to make sure all of our funds and budgets are handled adequately. As Treasurer; she keeps an accurate record of all chapter income, gives receipts to chapter adviser, assists adviser. She also is collecting and submitting state and national dues in advance of deadlines, records dues when paid by each member, communicates records to secretary. She keeps an accurate record of receipts of all money paid out, prepares and presents a treasurer's report for each business meeting, works closely with the chapter adviser to manage chapter funds, and works with the fundraising and program committees to prepare a Chapter Budget. But thats not all thats shes doing she is also running for State Officer.

Chapter Treasurer

Priscilla's aspiration in life is to become a veterinarian. What she would like to do as a chapter officer is make sure everyone around feels included when/if they join FCCLA. As historian; she keeps records of pictures for the chapter, creates a scrapbook, and gives pictures to the website designer.

Hannah's goals are to use what FCCLA has taught her to pursue her future career or opening her own bakery. She also works hard as a Historian for our FCCLA chapter to keep pictures and records for are trips and planned events. She is always ready to help and to include everyone. With her hard work and dedication, she makes sure everything is in proper working order.

Chapter Historian

Lilly as a Chapter officer to do her job the best and at her best with the help of her friends in FCCLA. As one of the Chapter Historians, she will keep documentation of all the places this chapter goes to.
